The Sirens (Series)

from $300.00

THE SIRENS

6×6 Original Oil Paintings (3) with Gold Leaf on Wood Panel

available as singles, or and entire series, framing available.

Leucosia (top)

Parthenope (center)

Ligeia (bottom)

The Sirens explores the space between seduction and ruin—figures caught somewhere between beauty, divinity, and decay.

Emerging from deep blacks and bruised violet tones, the faces appear almost like unearthed relics: scarred, obscured, and illuminated by fractured passages of gold. Their expressions remain ambiguous—part invitation, part warning.

Drawing from the mythology of the Sirens, the series considers attraction as something both beautiful and dangerous. The gold becomes sacred and corrupt at once, adorning figures that feel simultaneously ancient, intimate, and otherworldly.

These are not portraits of specific people, but apparitions—faces suspended between desire and destruction, calling from somewhere just beyond the dark.
